What planet are you living under?

It might be appropriate for Atlas but not sure who else. A big thanks to Hannah Evanuik for unintentionally saying this one and Jake Holdcroft for passing it on!
I think this may be more accurately described and understood as a combination of “what planet are you on?” And “living under a rock” both describing someone who is not acting in accordance to their surroundings.
