Not the brightest tool in the shed

Of course it had to be me who uttered this one to my wife who promptly pointed out the mix-up. It reminded me once again that I really am not the brightest tool in the shed.
Oh, come on, Dave, you know you are the brightest in the shed (or anywhere else). I’m sure that Elaine was only kidding, eh???
Would love to see you folks, Keep up the Malaphors.
Love, Nancy Green
Thanks Nancy! Hope you and Jean are doing well and staying out of the heat!
